At Karra Asia, we take pride in carefully packaging your products to ensure they arrive safely, so you can enjoy a full-on therapeutic experience. Shipping times may vary based on location, shipment method, and unforeseen factors beyond our control.
- Minimum Order Requirement: A minimum purchase of RM25 is required to proceed with shipping. This supports our small business and minimizes carbon emissions for environmental sustainability.
- Delivery Risk: While we take every precaution to ensure your package arrives safely, we cannot guarantee the condition of packages due to Postal Service handling. Once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, any damage, delay, or loss becomes the recipient’s responsibility. Karra Asia cannot be held liable for such issues.
- Stock Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock at the time of your order, we will notify you promptly.
- Address Accuracy: Karra Asia delivers to the address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping details. We cannot issue refunds or reshipments for errors in the address provided.
Shipping Locations
- Within Malaysia: We ship to all addresses across Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).
International Shipping: Available upon request. Additional surcharges may apply depending on the destination. Please note that import duties, taxes, and VAT are not included in the shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are determined by your country’s customs regulations and may be due upon delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery method selected. Additional charges may apply for remote areas or oversized/heavy items. Final shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.
Delivery Times
Delivery estimates based on your location are as follows:
- Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 business days
- East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5-7 business days
- International: 14-20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Order Processing Time
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking information. Use the provided tracking number to monitor your order’s status on the courier’s website.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Kindly provide a valid physical address for delivery.
Damaged or Lost Items
Karra Asia is not responsible for damages or losses during shipping. If your order arrives damaged:
- Retain all packaging materials and the damaged item.
- Contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
